1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! with an exception to the United Kingdom.
Due to new VAT laws in the UK, our website is no longer able to ship there, but UK customers can visit our Etsy shop instead to purchase our products. Please note that we try our best to stock our Etsy shop but our website will contain our most up to date, full range of stickers and stationery products.
2. What's the difference between shopping on your website vs. Etsy shop?
Etsy takes a big portion of our sale fees so shopping directly on our my website helps support me as a small business owner! I reopened my shop on Etsy so I'm able to continue shipping to my UK customers as well as reach a broader customer base, but supporting my work directly on my site is so appreciated! Website prices are also cheaper :)
3. How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders within Canada via Canada Post
- 2-12 business days
- 10-12 business days
International orders via USPS First Class Mail
- 10-15 business days (3 weeks)
There are unusually long delays with all mail carriers due to COVID-19. Please allow for extra time for your package to arrive.
4. What do the shipping costs cover?
All shipping costs are flat rate. If you order 1 sheet or 100 sheets, you are still paying the same shipping fee.
The costs cover both postage and packaging materials. We package our products in either standard kraft envelope along with a rigid piece of cardboard backing to prevent bending, or a bubble mailer depending on the amount and type of products in order. Stickers are also placed in a clear adhesive bag to protect from potential water damage.
Since it is a flat rate fee, there will be no refunds, nor will you be asked to pay extra if your package is particularly heavy and we are required to cover the remaining amount.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept paypal or credit card payments.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All sales are final. Each item is made to order and we are unfortunately unable to offer order exchanges and returns at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery. It is sometimes possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages.
What are Custom Fees/Duties/Taxes:
Customs charges may apply depending on your country. International shipments are subject to customs duties - taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. We are not responsible for covering any additional custom fees/duties/taxes.
1. Do you take custom or personalized orders?
We are not currently accepting custom requests at this time but are always open to new suggestions or ideas! Feel free to send us a message with Sproutie design ideas you'd like to see from our store and we'll try our best to make it happen!
2. The colour of my stickers aren't the same!
Please note that there may be slight variations in colour and dimensions due handmade nature of items and variations in monitor settings. We print with the highest quality setting on our inkjet printer for best results. They are still handmade creations so slight changes are to be expected.
