I. SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide, including the UK and EU.

For UK customers, we are currently only offering standard, untracked letter mail at this time. Please ensure you choose the appropriate shipping fee at checkout according to your order or the order will be subject to cancellation.

For EU customers, orders will be sent with tracking. Any customs and handling fees must be paid when your order arrives in your country, you may need to pick up your order at the local post office. We will not collect VAT during point-of-sale.


How long does shipping take?

The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post, USPS, and FedEx service. This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc.

Domestic orders within Canada via Canada Post

  •  2-16 business days
  • Standard flat shipping offered at checkout with option to upgrade to tracked shipping for an additional fee.
United States orders via USPS First Class Mail
  • 4-25 business days
  • All US orders ship with tracking

Europe and International orders via Fed Ex 

  • 6-36 business days
  • Most international orders ship with tracking with exception to the United Kingdom*
  • *United Kingdom orders ship through standard lettermail (we are unable to offer tracking to the UK at this time)

There are unusually long delays with all mail carriers due to COVID-19. Please allow for extra time for your package to arrive.

Certain countries including Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc., may have longer delivery times and usually be closer to the 36 business days estimate.

 

What does 'flat rate shipping' cover?

All shipping fees are flat rate. If you order 1 sheet or 100 sheets, you are still paying the same shipping fee.  

The costs cover both postage and packaging materials. We package our products in either standard kraft envelope along with a rigid piece of cardboard backing to prevent bending, or a bubble mailer depending on the amount and type of products in order. Stickers are also placed in a clear adhesive bag to protect from potential water damage.  

Since it is a flat rate fee, there will be no refunds, nor will you be asked to pay extra if your package is particularly heavy and we are required to cover the remaining amount. 

 

II. ORDER QUESTIONS

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept paypal or credit card payments.

 

My order has not arrived yet? What do I do?

If your order does not reach you in the time frame stated down above please allow an additional 7 business days for the mail to return back to me. I will only re-ship your order when the order returns back to me.
If you order exceeds over $90 CAD, please purchase tracked shipping! I will NOT replace large lost orders/refunding them as It is out of my hands/responsibility once the package has been dropped off at the post office if you chose lettermail shipping. Stamped letter-mail option is at buyers risk.
Please ensure your address is correct upon check out. If the customer inputs an incorrect address and mail becomes lost, I will not mail out another package as it was the buyer's error. If the package is sent back to me as a return to sender, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for postage again.

 

 

III. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All sales are final. Each item is made to order and we are unfortunately unable to offer order exchanges and returns at this time. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

IV. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs Clearance:

Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery.  It is sometimes possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages. 

What are Custom Fees/Duties/Taxes:

Customs charges may apply depending on your country.  International shipments are subject to customs duties - taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. We are not responsible for covering any additional custom fees/duties/taxes.

 

V. OTHER QUESTIONS

Do you take custom or personalized orders?
We are not currently accepting custom requests at this time but are always open to new suggestions or ideas! Feel free to send us a message with Sproutie design ideas you'd like to see from our store and we'll try our best to make it happen!

The colour of my stickers aren't the same!

Please note that there may be slight variations in colour and dimensions due handmade nature of items and variations in monitor settings. We print with the highest quality setting on our inkjet printer for best results. They are still handmade creations so slight changes are to be expected.
